Obscure Solutions awarded major contract with QPC
 
Obscure Solutions today announced the signing of a major new contract with workforce optimisation specialists QPC for the supply of Acumen the time, resource and expense management solution developed by Obscure Solutions.

QPC helps the world's leading companies, like Halifax Bank of Scotland, T-Mobile and BSkyB to improve their contact centres. Their system portfolio encompasses all aspects of workforce optimisation including workforce management, quality monitoring, performance management, eLearning and skills management. QPC's customer base includes more than 30 of the FTSE 100 companies and for the second year in succession the business has featured in both the Sunday Times ARM Tech Track and Dun & Bradstreet lists of the UK 's fastest growing enterprises.

The phenomenal growth experienced by QPC together with their expanding professional service offerings led QPC to seek a method of precisely recording time and expenses. In addition to this the geographical spread of QPCs customer base dictated an urgent need to accurately manage staff resource.

The Acumen solution will be used to co-ordinate the activity of all QPCs engineers and consultants thereby enabling QPC to ensure the most effective use of the consultants time.

QPC programme managers will be able to see at a glance where their resources are, costs incurred and which, if any, elements of the project are going astray.
